Vaclav Klaus is President of the Czech Republic. Klaus was formerly Prime Minister of the Czech Republic. He is a member of the Mont Pelerin Society and a fellow of the Adam Smith Institute in London and the Centro de Estudios Publicos in Santiago, Chile. He has received numerous international awards and honorary doctorates from institutions of higher learning.
