A Southeast San Diego teenager is hopeful for the future, but as always, there are no guarantees in life. He will have to undergo numerous tests of his judgment; presented with five choices, his decisions have the power to transform his life and ultimately his destiny. Standing at a crossroads and staring down the unknown, he can embark on five different paths. But where will each decision lead? And--can he live with the resulting consequences?

While the narrator serves as a spiritual guide, as readers, we are compelled to consider our own life choices and confront the resulting circumstances. Offering a unique insight into the diversity of the African American experience, Crossroads has earned recognition as a 2022 AMERICAN FICTION AWARDS WINNER, resonates with all ages, genders, nationalities and races and reminds us that we are often only ONE decision away...from a totally different life.
