Rudolf Holze, PhD, is Full Professor of Physical Chemistry and Electrochemistry at Chemnitz University of Technology. Germany, at St. Petersburg State University, Russia, Distinguished Professor at Nanjing Tech University, China, and an ordinary member of the Saxon Academy of Sciences.
