Andrzej M. Brandt is a professor emeritus at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research in Warsaw, Poland, and former Chairman of the Committee for Civil Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is Chairman of ISO/TC98 and holds an Honorary Doctorate from Paisley University UK.
