The author currently lives in Saint Augustine, Florida. He is a retired educator with 30+ years in a variety of teaching positions.

Mr. MacDonald has previously published 3 other books, Missing You, Meet Me in Sedona, and Infidel: Kafir. All 3 books are works of fiction and deal with adventure and romance that take place in beautiful surroundings of Oregon, national parks of Utah, and Arizona.
