Derek W. Ebner, M.D. is a board-certified Gastroenterologist and Internal Medicine doctor at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed both his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship through the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.

Dr. Ebner's clinical interests focus on colorectal cancer prevention and detection, gastrointestinal neoplasia, and advanced endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopy and balloon endoscopy. He is actively involved in clinical research, including work on performance and outcomes of multi-target stool DNA screening and quality metrics in colonoscopy. Ebner lives in Minnesota.
