Mick works for the notorious arms dealer, Eric Evans, as the primary bodyguard for his daughter, Mackenzie, Eric's princess. Over the years, Mick and Mack have fallen in love, but if her father ever found out, Eric would kill Mick. So they hide their relationship until one fateful day when Mackenzie lets something slip and Eric finds out, but rather than kill Mick in front of his daugther, he banishes him to the docks and forbids the two from ever seeing each other again. Mackenzie enlists the help of a mafia prince, who has also been forbidden from marrying the woman he loves, to help her get Mick back and the two concoct an elaborate plan to get what they want. Eric's flaw is his arrogance and when he hires a replacement bodyguard, he doesn't know that the man is a soldier for Eric's rival - the McAfee clan - and Mackenzie is kidnapped by the ruthless Liam McAfee who wants to impregnate her with a McAfee heir and ruin Eric by taking everything Eric has worked for. Eric must swallow his pride and bring Mick back into his inner circle to help find Mackenzie.
