Part memoir, part mystical field guide, The Gates of Lodore invites readers on a healing journey through the American West and deep into the soul.

Elise and her husband Chris set out on a road trip in search of mineral hot springs and quiet restoration. But what unfolds is a layered spiritual odyssey that moves through grief, joy, memory, and transformation. Guided by visions, synchronicities, and the tender presence of an otherworldly being named Elliot, their story reveals the invisible threads connecting past, present, and future.

Set against sacred landscapes and infused with the wisdom of saints, sages, and ancestors, this is more than a travelogue. It's both a meditation on awakening as well as a call to remember our divine origins in an era of global disruption. The journey weaves together physical, emotional, and spiritual planes, offering insight into the shift from homo sapiens to homo spiritus and what it means to evolve in harmony with Earth and each other.

With raw honesty, cosmic curiosity, and a touch of humor, Elise Louise White invites us to see the magic in everyday moments and to rediscover what's possible when we listen deeply, breathe fully, and follow the signs.

Included with your purchase is a complimentary membership at thegatesoflodore.com, where the journey continues. With more pictures, videos, content, links and navigation options, readers can carve their own unique path as they go further down the rabbit hole.

Autorentext

Elise Louise White or "LuLu" as she's become known to many, started journaling at a very young age. While some of her works were lighthearted and some were more concerning to her parents, most illustrated a complex understanding of the Universe where readers inevitably learned that things are never as simple or as sweet as they may seem. An accomplished "Who's Who in Poetry" and who some would call a wizard, muse, and mad scientist, she continues to thank God each morning for the Angels surrounding us. She reminds All to Love Each Other. Breathe. And Smile.
