Gary Good was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. Driven by a lifelong passion for fitness and discipline, he pursued weight-lifting and mixed martial arts before transitioning into a career in public service. In 1994, he joined the Hudson County Correction Department, graduating from the academy and serving with dedication as a Corrections Officer.
