Grace Elkus is a food writer, recipe developer, and content creator with more than a decade of experience in food media. She is a former editor at Real Simple and The Kitchn, and her work has also been featured on Food Network, Epicurious, and Cooking Light, among others. Grace is a graduate of Elon University's School of Communications and the Natural Gourmet Institute's Chef's Training Program. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband Pat, daughter Daisy, and golden retriever Bodie.
