Book Description
For years I was told I had depression, anxiety, and PTSD. The VA gave me labels, handed me pills, and sent me home feeling like a zombie in my own house. I was tired of being treated like a broken number. I knew there had to be something better than numbing myself just to survive.
So I created the Continue The Mission Technique ? a simple, private, 11-second breathing and mindset method that puts you back in control of your own mind and body.
This isn't therapy. This isn't another pill. This is a mission you run on yourself.
In this book, you'll get the full playbook:
- Chapter One breaks down the DSM-5-TR definitions of depression, anxiety, and PTSD in plain language, then shows you what the doctors miss ? the sand in your mouth at 3 a.m., the rage that flips like a switch, the dark ball spinning in your chest.
- Chapter Two teaches you the complete Continue The Mission Technique step-by-step: how to find your space, prep the site, scan your surroundings, tense and release your body with precision, and run the powerful 5-6-7 Reset that triggers real change in your nervous system.
- The following chapters show you how to build the habit in the first 30 days, use it in real-life situations (traffic, work, family arguments, nightmares), talk to your family without scaring them, stack new traits to rebuild who you are, and make this a lifelong practice.
You'll also find a special CTMT Cache at the end with key resources and powerful scriptures that line up with the mission.
This technique isn't about making the pain disappear. It's about proving ? breath after breath ? that the pain no longer owns you. Many veterans and others who have used it have reported feeling stronger, calmer, more in control, and better able to show up for their families and their lives.
If you're tired of being told you're broken, tired of handing control over to medication and waiting rooms, and ready to take the wheel back, this book is for you.
You are still the operator. The cockpit never left.
It's time to Continue The Mission.
