Focusing on the basic scope of the law of democratic management of enterprises, this book aims to explore the legal discourse system of democratic management of enterprises. Based on the study of theories of economic democracy and labor cooperation, this book proposes the theory of labor co-construction, and explores the theory of enterprise consultative democracy proposed in our official documents. The logic of this book lies in the construction of the discourse system of the enterprise democratic management law by including the workers' representative assembly, the workers' directors and supervisors, and the workers' shares in accordance with the conjunctive relationship between labor and capital. This book is suitable for graduate students and researchers in labor law, corporate law and labor relations.
