This book is written for those who aspire not merely to work, but to lead. Over the last four decades, I have had the privilege of building, transforming, and scaling organisations with tens of thousands of people across industries, countries, and cultures. I have seen people rise to the top-not always because they were the most talented, but because they understood the real game of leadership, influence, trust, and timing. Success in corporate life is not simply about hard work. Many people work hard, yet remain unnoticed and unrewarded. The corporate world rewards those who combine competence with presence, credibility with communication, and ambition with emotional intelligence. This book reveals that journey. If you are willing to learn, reflect, and apply, this book will change the way you work-and the way leaders see you.
