AI-Enabled Change Management for Sustainability provides a roadmap for leaders, managers, and stakeholders seeking to navigate sustainability transformation in an AI-driven world. Integrating change management principles with emerging artificial intelligence (AI) applications, the book demonstrates how AI can support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, learning, innovation, and sustainability performance.
Sustainability has become a strategic imperative for organizations, yet many sustainability initiatives fail because leaders underestimate the challenges of managing change. At the same time, AI is transforming how organizations make decisions, engage stakeholders, innovate, and create value. How can organizations harness AI to accelerate sustainability while successfully managing change?
Drawing on real-world examples, research, and practical frameworks, the book examines both the opportunities and challenges of using AI to drive sustainable change. It also addresses critical issues such as organizational culture, leadership, employee engagement, ethics, governance, and responsible AI adoption.
Readers will understand the role of AI in sustainability transformation, apply change management principles to AI-enabled initiatives, and develop strategies for leading sustainable organizational change in a rapidly evolving business environment.
