Rick and Dona, the animal lovers, watch in horror. They are devastated and heartbroken that the animals have lost their homes.

A sprig of green pine needles swirls in the blizzard and lands on the snowdrift. Rick and Dona make a wish upon the sprig of green pine needles. They wish for the animals to have a home for Christmas. The pine sprig swirls and flies higher and higher toward the North Pole sky.

Will the pine needles reach the North Pole in time?
