Joe invites readers to tag along on his day to day experiences as a flight attendant. Inspired by his journal entries, Joe sheds light on what he thinks about the airline industry. As he juggles dramatic co-workers, self-involved passengers, and unreliable management, he finds himself burnt out and wondering if layovers in Las Vegas, wandering around Mexico City, and snorkeling with turtles in Barbados are enough to keep him flying the not-so-friendly skies.
