K. Jayasankara Reddy is Professor of Neuropsychology and Dean of the School of Social Sciences at Christ University. With over twenty-five years of academic and administrative experience, he has contributed extensively to teaching, research, institutional leadership, and interdisciplinary scholarship in the fields of psychology and mental health. His areas of specialization include cognitive neuropsychology, clinical neuropsychology, forensic psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, and higher education research. He has authored and edited 15 academic books with internationally recognized publishers, including Springer Nature, Taylor & Francis, and Elsevier, in addition to publishing more than 200 peer-reviewed research articles. He has supervised 20 doctoral scholars and mentored over 200 postgraduate research projects.

Smitha A. G. is a psychologist, educator, and academic administrator based in Bengaluru, currently serving as the Head of the PG Department of Psychology at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University). With extensive experience in teaching, research, and student development, her work focuses on adolescent mental health, resilience, ethical research practices, and wellbeing promotion. She has contributed to national and international scholarly forums through presentations and publications. A certified Life Skills Trainer through National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) and a specialist in tobacco cessation, she is also pursuing advanced studies in Healthcare Systems and Management at Indian Institute of Management Nagpur.

Viju P. Devassy, CMI, graduated from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and obtained his MPhil and PhD degrees from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu. He has been contributing to the development of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) in various capacities since 2006 as the Director of Admissions, Students Affairs, and Centre for Counselling and Health Services. He was the founding Director and Dean of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Delhi NCR Campus. Presently, he is a Professor in the Department of Psychology and serves as the Pro-Vice Chancellor and the Director of Student Services of the University. He was a United Board Fellow at International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan in 2009 and at Gonzaga University, Washington, USA, in 2010. His research interests are areas of adolescent development, psycho-social competence, psycho-spiritual interventions and leadership skills.
