'We with unveiled faces . . . are transformed.'

God's words are an amazing promise and, equaly, a mysterious journey.

This first collection of poetry is the author's raw expression of her journey through life: challenges, heartbreak, hope and joy.

The poems cover many seasons but speak of a heart committed to finding God's way through this path of rubble and rainbows.

Autorentext

I've been writing since I could hold a pencil . . . which is miraculous considering I'm dyslexic. But God has a sense of humour and this is my voice. For too many years it has been a rejected feature of my identity; a talent buried in the rubble, hidden away from Gods' purposes, only brought out into the light when I needed a party trick.

Now is the time to hand it all over to God. I've spent decades writing though never giving myself over to the passion and commitment this gift truly needs to mature and have purpose.

I'm not a saint. Yet I have experienced God forgiving me, walking with me, giving me strength when I really didn't have any, helping me love, live and hope even when there was no reason to believe.

This volume is a small token, an offering to you; the first pearl wrapped in brown paper.
