It was another lazy Saturday morning when I ambled over to my next door neighbor Harold and Lisa's garage sale. They had been advertising about "decluttering" on their front yard all week, and I figured I'd have a look and maybe snag something cheap, a lamp, maybe or perhaps some leftover electronics.
