Apollo is moving away tomorrow and his friends have planned the perfect send-off: a day full of his favorite activities! Except that every plan goes awry. Traffic jams, missed connections, rain. . . anything that can go wrong does. What was meant to be his fond farewell is frankly a flop. Already nervous about his big move, Apollo declares the day totally ruined. . . until a surprise turn of events shows him that true friendship is not about what you do but who you do it with.

Lizzy O'Donnell lives in South Jersey, just across the river from Philadelphia, where they received a BFA in illustration at University of the Arts. There they honed their own artistic voice and their flair for vintage-inspired palettes and discovered their love of all things picture book-related. They went on to work at their alma mater, teaching illustration classes for both high school and undergraduate students. Lizzy works full-time on developing stories and illustrations in their cozy home studio.
