While Colonel Rex MacManners was using both Phoenix Welles and Kia Rios as his Knox Sovereign personas, on the North Korean side, the Juche Commune members were busy with their punishments. Madame Lucky Shoe Horse had to date a General, Dark Horse Tamer had to take care of the General's spoiled nephew and the Great Juche was finishing up an exercise course. Lucky for Madame Lucky Shoe Horse she would surely come across Carlos Rios who would flee to the Juche Commune for safety from the Colonel's wrath.
