Steve, at the age of 29, is a man-brat, who wants two things: his lifestyle unruffled and to remain the center of his own universe. But after a twenty-year separation, his rogue, drug running younger brother Joey, and Joey's partner- in- crime Tyrell, show up without warning, dragging antics from their dysfunctional childhood into their adult lives, and Steve's ultra-conservative, frozen-in-time, small Texas town.

Joey and Tyrell are cursed with the affliction of 'spacing out', leaving them to stumble into disastrous misadventures; everything from a love affairs with ferocious pistol-packing prom queens, to hauling a tractor-trailer loaded with super-hydro pot, and resolving the global threat of a sinister eunuch bomb … and by the way -- save the world!
