I was born and raised in Missouri. I grew up reading comic books and later science fiction and fantasy novels. I once read that Edgar Rice Burroughs had many jobs before he decided to become a writer and he became very successful. After many years as a factory worker, I retired and decided to try my hand at writing adult fantasy.
