Before leading his own firm, Philip Berry served as Vice President, Global Workplace Initiatives and Corporate Officer at Colgate-Palmolive. In this global consumer products company, he implemented worldwide diversity and inclusion strategies and held senior Human Resources roles, supporting operations across more than 60 countries in Central Europe/Russia, Africa/Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. His career also includes significant Human Resources experience as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Clinton Foundation; experience at Procter & Gamble, as well as Digital Equipment corporation, IBM, Vice President of Human Resources Triborough Bridge and Tunner Authority; and Director for the Urban League of Westchester NY.Additionally, Philip is a highly sought after motivational speaker and he is the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Louis Armstrong House Museum; and was the former Vice Chair of the City University of New York Board of Trustees.
