Dr. Phillip Olla is a Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy, Founder and Executive Director of the
Center for Augmenting Intelligence (CAI), and an internationally recognized researcher, inventor, and
entrepreneur whose work focuses on artificial intelligence, digital health, healthcare innovation, and
educational transformation. He holds a doctorate in Information Systems from Brunel University London
and brings more than two decades of experience spanning academia, healthcare, and technology
leadership, including solution design and management roles with Oracle Corporation, BT Group, and O2.

Healthcare Information Systems and Informatics. His multidisciplinary expertise spans
