A small coven of witches, known as the Meres of Sophi, desire power, beauty, and immortality. To achieve this, they betray a royal family and conjure a dark artifact of unimaginable power. It murders one of them and goes on a rampage to destroy all life. Only a half-elven country boy and his siblings can stop the destruction. Meanwhile, a warlock seeks the artifact for himself. The Witching Hand is about power gone awry and how to restore peace if possible.
