This is an addition to the first volume of the ultimate Newman's law, and changes the formula accordingly so that neutrinos aren't an outlier... We've now folded into our paradigm the regular and special theories of relativity as well as other systems by recognizing them each individually as a more specific version of Newman's law. That's why it's the Ultimate!
