A legendary pie recipe, a looming bake-off, and rumors of theft among the contestants.

Mandy Hansen expects some kind of orientation and maybe a tour of the town on her first day as Holiday, Florida's official publicist. Instead, the mayor's assistant kicks her out with just a hastily drawn map.

Left to her own devices, Mandy stumbles into a mystery that could rock the town's Pi Day pie competition to its core.

When she meets Samuel, an up-and-coming baker with a missing generations old pie recipe, she needs to help, if only to get a slice of that famous pie. But soon rumors of recipe theft swirl and Mandy learns that the town of Holiday may not be as sweet as she thought. Can she find the recipe in time to help Samuel win the competition, or will she go home with an empty belly?
