Sam Jones is photographer, videographer, and food stylist turned self-taught chef and content creator. Since launching @NoMeatDisco, he has partnered with restaurants to create plant-based menus, spoken on BBC Radio about funk music and food, and launched his own lion's mane mushroom grow-kit called Disco Shroomz. He lives in Bournemouth, on the coast of England.
