Have you ever had an employee who just needed a good spanking? Or even more? That's where I'm at now.

My intern insists she knows everything and can do nothing wrong. Her insubordinate attitude stops today.

From now on, she will treat me like the boss I am, or else she will experience the consequences of her actions. No longer will she treat me anyway she wants. She will kneel with respect and cave to my every desire.

Or she will be out of a job.

The boss is back, and there will be no one to stop me now.
