At the age of twenty-eight, star chef and investigative psychologist Tamar Valkenier decided to give up all her possessions and her secure life. She chose adventure. She cycled around the world for two years. First in 'safe' Europe and then further and further. She traveled through Mongolia for four months with her horse, camel and dog and walked 600 kilometers through Jordan.
