The infamous early California outlaw, Joaquin Murrieta, collides over a century later with eleven-year-old Noah and his two friends, Pancho and Jane, as they discover the cave where the outlaw once took refuge.

Summer vacation for the three kids turns into an adventure they'll never forget, as they unearth the bags of treasure that have rested there for over one hundred years. Their blood oath to keep this among themselves collapses when their secret is discovered by some seriously nefarious characters who, in their greed and treachery, threaten the kids.

Will Noah's courage survive the test? Will the three of them come out unscathed?
