Dr. Vimal Babu is an Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at SRM University-AP, India, with research interests centred on the behavioural dynamics of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. He has been appointed Honorary Fellow (2026-27) at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK a recognition of his contributions at the intersection of organizational behaviour, entrepreneurship, and technology in emerging economies. He is the lead author of Negotiation for Entrepreneurship: Achieving a Successful Outcome (Anthem Press, London, 2023) along with late Chair Prof. Robert Hisrich, Kent State University, USA as co-author. He is also the co-author of the forthcoming international textbook in 2026/27 'Crowdfunding: How to Fund a Business Idea' by Routledge: Taylor & Francis. He won the Best Reviewer Award by the Academy of Management (AOM), USA: Organizational Behaviour (OB) Division (Aug., 2024). Along with his co-inventors, he holds a patent titled 'A System to Generate a Model Predicting an Employee Attrition Rate and a Method Thereof,' published in the Patent Office Journal (2023). Dr. Babu's research has been published in leading international journals, including Personnel Review, International Journal of Enterprise Network Management, Benchmarking: An International Journal, Business Process Management Journal, Studies in Business and Economics, European Journal of Training and Development. Additionally, he supervises Ph.D. scholars and actively contributes to discourses on the human side of business and startup ecosystems.
Prof Dr Léo-Paul Dana is Professor at VIZJA University, in Warsaw, Poland. A graduate of McGill University, and HEC-Montreal, he has served as Marie Curie Fellow at Princeton University and Visiting Professor at INSEAD and at Kingston University. He has published extensively in a variety of journals including: Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice, International Business Review, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of World Business, Small Business Economics, and Technological Forecasting & Social Change. In 2023, he was the most cited entrepreneurship professor in France. In 2024, he was the most cited entrepreneurship professor in Canada.
