Autorentext
Waldimir (Wally) Baskovich is the author of Forged in Fitness and has spent more than fifty years studying strength, movement, and personal discipline. After overcoming early struggles that included a near-drowning, bullying, and social anxiety, he found in fitness a daily structure that helped shape his life and direction. Inspired by his father, a one-legged AAU gymnastics champion and U.S. amputee golf champion, as well as pioneers like Jack LaLanne, Charles Atlas, Bruce Lee, and Dr. Arthur Jones, Wally developed a practical, enduring approach to fitness built on functional strength, consistency, and purpose.
