WILLIAM WONG, is the founder of Realstar Premier Group Pte Ltd, known as the leading agency for landed properties and good class bungalows in Singapore. To date, he has transacted close to 600 properties and trained up to 10,000 sales individuals. He is recognised as an industry expert in luxury property and his keen insights into this area have been featured several times in the national papers. In 2004, William published his first book, Billion Dollar Challenge, sharing valuable techniques and strategies with all who aspire to be the cream of the crop in the real estate arena. In 2011, his success with Realstar Premier Group won him The Entrepreneur of the Year award from the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME) and The Rotary Club of Singapore.
