Business strategies is a manuscript to help people hopefully increase ourselves, increase customer satisfaction and I'm using my 20 plus years experience in retail sales supervisory management to teach others to build their company and hop fully make a better profit.

I love my grandkids so I started writing but when I divorced my step daughters wouldn't as allow me to see my grandkids, hopefully I can see them again somebody but until then I write books hoping they will somehow find these books and read them knowing Pawpaw wrote them with them in mind.
